Wrong. Watch how Anthony plays it in the teaching video. Actually, Maybe you've got the tuning wrong? He's playing around the fourth fret most of the time, except for the very last note (right before Mike comes), which is open.
uhm sorry dude but this tab is full of mistakes. Im doing a GP version atm, finished the guitar and working on drums now. should be up here in the next few weeks, and then you can see how its really played.
Haven't actually tried it, but it looks pretty legit. Close to what Anthony played on that video :)
