Your C#m chord would be C#m7/E because the open B is a 7th and the low E is the root note. Your A chord would be A2/E or Asus2/E because the open B is a 2nd and the low E is the root. Your open B chord would be Bsus4/E because the high e is a 4th and the low E is the root note. Your B barre chord would be B/F# because the F# is the root note. Hope this helps.
