The last part "start to miss you baby sometimes"
It's C-G-Am, C-G-Am, C-G-and I usually end on C.
I also agree with Natey that the Em does sound better, but it works with C as well.

At "late night" and similar points throughout each verse, the C should be an Em. Similarly, at "corner smoking" and
"pants" the C should be an Am. Also, each of the "sometimes" in the ending should have an Em before the F, except the
last.
