the only suggestion i offer is to play the G# (4th fret) on the low E string, mute the A string, and the other strings play the same as the other two Bm configurations, and the G & F# chords need their bass note on the low E string (3rd and 2nd fret respectively)

I think during the chorus the Dm should actually be Bdim and C#m should be C#m7
