Just watched a video of this from Austin City Limits where they play this with a capo on 4. So same chords but different fingering.

There is, I think, a minor change in the lyrics. Where you have "splitting your dice..." I think it is: There's plenty of dives to be someone you're not. Just say you're looking ......etc.
