Howling Chords

There are no simple Chord versions of this song. I also changed the Chorus lyrics. In the beginning when he says "Gold" its actually "Cold". This is a trick singers use when breaking into a falsetto, it makes a smoother transition, when breaking into a falsetto to use softer consonants. The allows the voice to break into the falsetto and maintain the mood or style of the song. In this case the song is very soft and quiet and breaking in with a hard C can be a tricky thing to do. You can hear the singer use a hard C in the middle of the chorus again when he says the word again and also later in the second Chorus. I also added the strumming pattern. Note: this is only the pattern of the rhythm. The original song uses single notes. I strum it using muted chords in the quiet parts (i.e. Intro and Verse) and full/semi-full chords in the Chorus. This is how I give the song more dynamic range and make it more interesting versus just strumming full chords.

I played it along with the actual song (obviously the actual song is in arpeggios, but still) and it worked very well! Thanks for the tab, I love this song :)

The self depreciation is not warranted. It's helped me loads. I have a huge draw to this tune and thanks too you I've started to get my head around it. My man.
