Thanks for posting this. I love this song. In the chorus, the Dm or F seem to work, but it has a thick (but not jazzy) sound to it. For the chorus, I tried C - Dm/Bb - F - Bb. So, I put two chords in place of the Dm. See you if like it. For the Dm/Bb, I play your voicing and just added the Bb on the 1st fret, A string.
