Actually, this song was on Back Into Your System which came out on November 12, 2002, while Fine Again was on Seether's Disclaimer album which came out on August 20, 2002, so if anyone is ripping anyone off, it's Saliva.

And Fine Again was on Seether's first album, Fragile from when they were known as Saron Gas. I'm not sure, but I think that was in 2000ish.
