If your new, a C/G chord is a C chord but your adding in the sixth string 3rd fret. It gives the C chord more bass. Playing a regular C chord is fine. Was this info helpful?

Am Asus G

Am Asus G
I am a plastic man,
Am Asus G
wish I can be the one you could be proud of.
Am Asus G
I'm losing heart again,
Am Asus G
wish I could show you what you think I'm made of.

D C/G Am Dsus2** Dsus2
Someday I know I'll find my place,
D C/G Asus
Someday I know this pain will fade.

Am Asus G

Am Asus G
I am a perfect sell,
Am Asus G
just wrap me up with a bow and flowers.
Am Asus G
I will neglect to tell,
Am Asus G
I'll sell your story that we love each other.

D C/G Am Dsus2** Dsus2
Someday I know I'll find my place,
D C/G Asus Dsus2** Dsus2
someday I know this pain will fade.
D C/G Asus Dsus2** Dsus2
Someday I know I'll find my place,
D C/G Asus
someday I'll sing my last refrain.

G Em (short strum)
Why don't you let me be,
G E (full strum) ect..
and I'll pretend I'm well.
G Em
'Cause you're blind to see,
G E
and I'm too tired to tell.
G Em
And in your apathy,
G E
your head begins to swell.
G Em
Another tragedy,
G E
but you're too cold to feel.

D C/G Am Dsus2** Dsus2
Someday I know I'll find my place,
D C/G Asus Dsus2** Dsus2
someday I know this pain will fade.
D C/G Am Dsus2** Dsus2
Someday I know I'll find my place,
D C/G Asus
someday I'll sing my last refrain.
