The ? in the second chorus is Bb

You can replace the "C" chord in the first and second verses with Gsus. You can also replace the "F" chord in the first verse - Key of C Maj with Csus, same for the first verse - Key of D Maj (replace G with Dsus). It basically sounds the same, and it doesn't require as much switching.
