I'm pretty sure it's in drop B (B F# B E G# C#). A good majority of Sevendust songs are in drop B and you can tell by listening to how low the open chords played are.

To be precise it is drop-b with the 6th string lowered another 1/2. (A# F# B E G# C#)

Look in the Official Animosity tab book, it makes since when you look at it. There are no power chords in the song like that anyway. If you want me to give you the tab give me your email.
