It's not good practice to mix sharps and flats. Since this song is in Eb, you should note Ab instead of G# and Bb instead of A#. These are the subdominant and dominant chords of the key of Eb.

A key whose signature has flats hes no sharp tones in it - that's the reason for the key signature because it shows you the tones that are flattened. (In a sharp key, the sharps on the staff indicate the notes to be upped by a half tone.)

Good tab. The other one on the site using the capo on the first fret is slightly more correct. You are missing a chord in your tab. using your Eb key the chord should be an Ab at the very beggining of the first line in the chorus.
