So to me, it sounded more like single notes for the main riff than the octaves, so I play it like this. Nothing wrong with the octave version, just sounds more like single notes to me.Was this info helpful?

I think it -is- single notes, just played with a digitech whammy or similar octaver effect on it for the riff and verse parts - that's what sounds right to me.
