If you have a female singer or if you're just starting guitar, transposing it up 2 and putting your capo on two helps for a similar sound

If you tune the guitar down a full step to D and and transpose this song up two half steps it eliminates all the flats and sharps and lets you play all open chords, which is easier and can sound nicer too. Plus E7 in D standard sounds terrific.
