Don't know all the chord names; just listened to the CD to find out what the heck he was 
since no one had done it yet.  Anyways, Capo on the first fret.  Everything is relative 
the capo.

I normally use the following chords
x79900 E
x79800 Emaj7
x77600 Aadd9
799800 B
and fingerpick through that in the following order- bass string for the chord, followed by B string, G, high E, B, G.
