Very close but in the first measure, you don't repeat the open A, instead you go back to E on the D string

And also, based on the sound, he's not playing 5 and 4 in the second measure on the G string but playing 1 and 0 on the B string, and I'm not just saying that because it's easier, you can tell from the song that it's a crystal clear note.
