Good. As far as it goes. The key is correct but the fingering is wrong. It's played with a capo on second so those Bms are Am and that run down from D is a slightly easier one from C on the A string. That F# sounds soooo much better as an E.

The chorus run is pretty similar (as you might expect) to cum on feel the noize.
Capo on B transposed down 2.
Starting with the C on Far and ending with Am on Way you get there by moving your ring finger 3,2,0 on the A string. Then I thing either that C/G or just an ordinary G works fine after.
