Although the rhythm guitar parts of this tab are excellent, like Gukne mentioned prior to me, Dave Pajo's high pitched lead riff is actually a series of harmonics. You get the clearest harmonic sound by placing your finger slightly past the 3rd fret (into the 4th) on the G string and slightly before the 4th fret on the B-string. The lead riff also features a behind-the-nut bend on the D-string. This can be seen on any decent live footage from their 2005 and 2007 reunion performances. Here's the correct tab for it:
