Thanks for this great tab! Pat Dinizio played this song in my living room back in January ‘09...still one of my greatest music moments, having him do a 3-hour set in my house for me and 30 of my friends.

I usually play a Cmaj7 instead of a plain C - adds some tension and I thrown in an A5 instead of the D over the word "see". I just think it resolves better.
