Social D usually tunes down 1/2 step, so the D-A-G-D pattern does work and is easier to play (at least with open chords) if you tune down. Awesome job though! Mike Ness rocks!!!!

or you can play with a capo on the 1st fret and play the chords - C G F & C. Obviously....a distortion pedal is the key to gettin gthe "right" sound
