 D sus2 D major Cadd9 G6 F major Em7 G major

(Verse 1)

Dsus2 Cadd9 G6
I force myself through another day
       Fmaj Dsus2 Cadd9 G6
Can't explain the way today just fell apart like everything
Fmaj
Right in my face
Dsus2 Cadd9 G6
And I try to be the one
       Fmaj Dsus2
I can't accept this all because of you
Cadd9 G6
I've had to walk away
Fmaj
From everything

(Chorus)

Gmaj Dmaj

Em7 Gmaj Dmaj
I'm afraid to be alone
Em7 Fmaj G6
Afraid you'll leave me when I'm gone
Em7 Gmaj Dmaj Em7
I'm afraid to come back home

(Verse 2)
Dsus 2 Cadd9 G6
Another sleepless night again
Fmaj Dsus2
Hotel rooms my only friend
            Cadd9 G6
And friends like that just don't add up
Fmaj
To anything
Dsus2 Cadd9 G6 Fmaj
And I try so hard to be everything
              Dsus2 Cadd9 G6
That I should never take away from you again
Fmaj
Cause I heard you say

(Chorus)

Gmaj Dmaj
Em7 Gmaj Dmaj
I'm afraid to be alone
Em7 Fmaj G6
Afraid you'll leave me when I'm gone
Em7 Gmaj Dmaj Em7
I'm afraid to come back home

(Bridge)

Cadd9 Dmaj Cadd9
I cannot forget
Cadd9 Dmaj Cadd9
I live with regret
Cadd9 Dmaj Cadd9
I cannot forget
Cadd9 Dmaj
I live with...
Cadd9 Dmaj
I'll live through this
Cadd9 Dmaj
I can't see through this
Cadd9 Dmaj G6
I can't do this anymore

(Chorus)

Gmaj Dmaj
Em7 Gmaj Dmaj
I'm afraid to be alone
Em7 Fmaj G6
Afraid you'll leave me when I'm gone
Em7 Gmaj Dmaj Em7
I'm afraid to come back home
Gmaj
Home

(End)

You may like to play this song in standard tuning, but the band actually plays in a half step down.

Just my 2 cents, but I think it sounds better to me with these chords for the 2nd line of the chorus:
Em7 Fmaj G6
Afraid you'll leave me when I'm gone

On the second thought, Em7 Fmaj C sounds better this morning.
