Westward from the Davis Strait

Three centuries thereafter

I take passage overland

And through the night, behind the wheel

The mileage clicking west

I think upon Mackenzie,

David Thompson and the rest

To find there but the road back home

The chords for the chorus are good but it changes in the verse. It’s something like I V iii I, then I V iii V, repeat the first line, then ending with iii V VI I play it in F and the chords I am using for the verse are: F C Am F F C Am C F C Am F Am C D For the chorus, in F it is: C G F Am F C Am F C G F Am F C G/C
