I'd strongly recommend that you listen to the recording to get the
rhythm.  It's on the album "Snap a little owl" by John Renbourn and
Stefan Grossman.

The main thing to get is the descending bass riff on the 5th string.
This is on the first and third beat of each bar.

Good tab, but the third bassnote (D) that you fretted at the fifth fret of the fifth string is really played open on the fourth string. You can see this on the youtube video. Also, it needs to be capoed at the second fret. Otherwise, good tab.
