this mixed with the 3rd version kinda gets it right.
i'd play the middle with (capo on 2nd):

-0----0-2-0----- Then on to the babada bit which i would play
-3--3-------3-0-
-2--------------
-0--------------
----------------
----------------

(Ba)A (bada)Asus (Ba)A (Babadada)Asus (Ba)Dmaj7(bada)Dsus7 ......

0 0 0 0
2 0 2 0
2 2 2 2
2 2 0 0
0 0 x x

.... and so with that same pattern as before.

May not be 100% right but i think it sounds better! Good stuff, cheers!

just had a look at u tube and the guitarist definately puts his pinky on the 4th fret of the b string on the last 'da' of the:
ba bada baba baDA da. Think this is used for both the Asus and Dsus7 Chords. Just watch u tube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IlX9lCO8jv0
