In the chorus; it is a Bm instead of F#, like this
"Bm G
So Mr and Mrs Smith come down
D A
We got your room already for you have a wonderful time"

After the chorus, it starts with a Em instead of a G, like this
"Em
She likes to sing
G
She likes to dance
D A
She says to him with every chance"

so it keeps repeating the Em, G, D and A progression

You're welcome
And actually, to play like Kelly Jones does; it is a capo on 7th fret on a 12-string guitar
Then all chords must be transposed to the 7th fret
