LANDSLIDE (Stevie Nicks - Fleetwood Mac)
------------------------
A few notes:

I modified this from the awesome tab originally posted by indigo@cats.ucsc.edu (Adam Schneider)
I fixed a couple of verses where the chord progression was incorrect (probably cut & paste error).
I read a comment in the original post that says that the Solo is incorrect because it is tabbed from the nut
when the rest of the song is tabbed from Capo 3.  So, it would be logical to add 3 to every note in the tab;
but I don't play the solo on my acoustic so I don't know if that is correct or not.

 * Capo 3rd Fret

 * All the chords are one measure in duration, except "Am7 - G/B," which is
one measure _total_.

 * D7/F# is 200212 but is easier to play as 20021x so you don't have to use your thumb. I find it easiest if
I play it like an Am and move my middle finger to the Low E string in the 2nd Fret. This works because the
picking pattern won't include the Hi E string anyway. And, there is a transition from Am to D7/F# when she
sings "Built my life around you" so if you get in the habit of using the Am chord form, it is an easy
transition. (I think the chorus actually sounds better with the Am to D7/F# transition instead of Am7 to D7/F#
but either way sounds great)

Adam's original notes regarding the solor are below:
 * In the guitar solo, "/" is a slide, "=" is a hammer-on or pull-off, and
the marks underneath are for timing. The timing is pretty accurate.
 * Some of the places in the guitar solo where I put hammer-ons or pull-offs
should probably be bends (e.g., 10=12 should maybe be 10b12). But I don't
have an electric guitar, so I can't do whole-step bends.
 * I might not have put the solo on the right strings; the _notes_ are
right, but where I notated a 3 on the E-string, it might really be an 8 on
the B string, and so on. Use whichever fingering works best for you.

[Intro]

  C G/B Am7 G/B
E|----------------|----------------|----------------|----------------|
B|------1--------1|------3-------3-|------1-------1-|------3-------3-|
G|--0-------0-----|--0-------0-----|--0-------0-----|--0-------0-----|(repeat)
D|----2-------2---|----0-------0---|----2-------2---|----0-------0---|
A|3-------3-------|2-------2-------|0-------0-------|2-------2-------|
E|----------------|----------------|----------------|----------------|

When you get to the last chord progression before the chorus (and the last chord progression of the solo,
just change the bass note string (played with your thumb) to the Low E string for the D7/F# chord as follows:

  D7/F# D7/F#
E|----------------|----------------|
B|------1-------1-|------1-------1-|
G|--2-------2-----|--2-------2-----|
D|----0-------0---|----0-------0---|
A|----------------|----------------|
E|2-------2-------|2-------2-------|

When picking the Em, Lindsey plays a slight variation of that picking pattern.
He alternates his thumb between the Low E and the A strings.
For the 2nd Em chord, in the 5th note of the picking pattern, he does a hammer-on on the B string.
The pattern looks like this:

  Em Em
E|----------------|------------------|
B|------0-------0-|------0---------0-|
G|--0-------0-----|--0---------0-----|
D|----2-------2---|----2---------2---|
A|--------2-------|--------0h2-------|
E|0---------------|0-----------------|

[Verse]

C G/B Am7 G/B
I took my love, I took it down
C G/B Am7 G/B
Climbed a mountain and I turned around
       C G/B Am7 G/B
And I saw my reflection in the snow-covered hills
         C G/B Am7 Am7 - G/B
Till the landslide brung it down (Oh,)

    C G/B Am7 G/B
Oh, mirror in the sky, what is love?
          C G/B Am7 G/B
Can the child within my heart rise above?
      C G/B Am7 G/B
Can I sail through the changin' ocean tides?
      C G/B Am7 G/B C G/B Am7 G/B
Can I handle the seasons of my li - i - fe?
C G/B Am7 D7/F#
  Mm hmm hmm hmm

[Chorus]

     G D7/F# Em Em

And I'm getting older too
