(Chorus)
    C#m B A
Lay down, I lay me down
    C#m B A
Lay down, I lay me down
    C#m B A
Lay down, I lay me down
	E
For my soul.

E D#m C#m B A
By still waters I lay down with the lambs
	    C#m E B
In pastures green I made peace with my soul
      A E
And I cared not for the night
			    A
While my guiding star shone bright
	  E C#m A E
By still waters I lay down, I lay down.

Chorus X 2

E D#m C#m B A
At the roadside I took toll of my times
	  C#m E B
In dirty streets I found peace for my soul
	A E
May the merciful be right
		       A
Are you ready for the night
	E C#m A E
At the roadside I lay down, I lay down.

Chorus X 2

E	B	A	G#m	F#
C#	B	A	G#m	F#

F# C# F# B
In deep sorrow I took flight with the sun
C# F# D#m C#m
From mountains high I gained strength for my soul
	  B F#
I proved stronger than the test
		       B
When my spirit came to rest
C#m	F#	F B F#
In deep sorrow I lay down, I lay down.
Chorus

Pretty close, except that the final Verse has the same chords as the other verses, but two semitones up. Same for the final Chorus, two semitones up.

Looks like he used a capo and transposed these on video though.
