Nice tab... 95% correct.
The only thing that is wrong is the tapping.
You have the correct chords (so it sounds right) but the wrong inversions.
Should be:
e|--20^15^12-X4--20^17^13-X4--22^19^15-X4--20^17^13-X4.--|
the top not should be a C (fret 20) for the first 2 and #4 and a D(22nd fret) for the third one... if you listen really carefully.

Haha, I'm graduating this year, and I think we can get this worked into the graduation ceremony.. Just gonna have to talk to a few people lol. I would love to play this for our graduation! It would most definitely be a day we wont forget. Pretty good tab.
