Clearly wrong. everything that he lists as a chord are only single notes. and the actual chords are not listed I'm not trying to be mean but this chart is not helpful

This looks like a copy and paste directly from the E-Chords website. And billyryan is correct, these are not chords, but merely notes. I would recommend listening to the song and redoing it.

The chords are completely inaccurate. He needs to redo it and get the progression correct and place them in the proper place.
