right on bro, good tab. The minor correction I would make is the E chord in the verse...

I'd open up the E string instead of holding it on the 7th fret - so it'd be like:

sounds a bit better when the guitar drops off and the voice goes high. Then again, I'm not listenting to the cd right now.
