This is excellent. I found one or two things that could be changed....On all of the Em (E minor I think that they should be Em7 (E minor sevens).
The other thing I saw is minor, and should only be added for musical effect. On some of the Cadd9, especially in the instrumental, I think that u can extend that to a riff like this:
