It's actually kinda close

Clearly wrong. This tab is incredibly inconsistent; is this with or without capo? Either way, it's still clearly wrong regardless of transposition or capo

Lack of accuracy. Completely wrong. The only thing nearly correct is the fact that the song is capo'd, although it's supposed to be on the 4th fret...
