There is already an excellent tab for this song in the proper tuning (CGCF) by
mhuckins, but I prefer to play it on a 5-string bass without retuning, so this
is largely just an adaptation of that tab (with slight modifications and added
lyrics). As in the original tab, each bar is spaced for exactly sixteen 16th
notes, packed tightly:
