Band: Tea Party
Song: The Messanger
Tabbed by Deren (deren_s@hotmail.com)

NOTES: This is a GREAT song from the Tea Party!
TUNNING: The Tea Party has had some experiance in some
wierd tunnings. This song is in double drop D. Tune your
low and high E strings down to D. To tune down your low E,
tune it on the 7th fret, to tune your high E hit the harmonic on the
12th fret of the 4th string (D) and tune the high E to match that pitch.

CHORDS USED: (low to high)

Bm: x24430
F#: 444x00
G: 555x00
A: 777x00
D: 000xxx

NOTE: to get the right sound, bar the F#, G and A chords with your middle finger
in an kind of "S" like position as to mute out the G string and leave the bottom two
strings (B and D) to ring out.

INTRO:

Bm F# G A

on the third time through, guitar 2 picks the chords like this:
     Bm F# G A
d-----------0----------------0---------------------0----------------------0--------
b-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
g---------------4-------------------------------------------------------------------
d---- 4------------------------4-----------------------5------------------------7

Dude, learn to spell. Woulded? Tunning? Not a bad tab though, it's hard to find good Tea Party Tabs.

I agree, the spelling in the lyrics is absolutely atrocious... "gaurded", "forgoten", "comming", "where" instead of "were"... it goes on and on.
