I love this song on his new "Upfront And Down Low" album and thought I'd tab it out for anyone who wants it.
It's a cover of a song by Ernest Tubb I think... but this is Teddy's way of playing it.

I think it's 100% right!

This is all my own work

Standard tuning

E A
You left me and you went away
     B7 E B7 E
You said that youd be back in just a day
E A
That day has come and gone and your still away from home.
      B7 E B7 E
Im walking the floor over you

E A
Im walking the floor over you
    B7 E B7 E
I cant sleep a wink that is true
                                 A
Im hoping and im praying as my heart breaks right in two
     B7 E
Im walking the floor over you.

       E A
Now darling you know I love you well
    B7 E B7 E
I love you more than I could ever tell
      E
And I thought that you would love me
          A
And you always would be mine
         B7 E B7
But you went away and left me with troubles on my mind.

E A
Im walking the floor over you
    B7 E B7 E
I cant sleep a wink that is true
                                 A
I'm hoping and im praying as my heart breaks right in two
     B7 E
I'm walking the floor over you.

Well thats it. Really easy song to play and so much fun too!

Enjoy and let me know if there should be any changes made! :D

Ernest Tubb played it in the key of Eb in 1941 I have never heard it played in E, but it okay that way tho.

Then too the you left out the chords above the lyrics below.
C#7 F#7
"I'm hoping and I'm praying that my heart breaks right in two
B7 E
Im walkin the foor over you

I play this with Teddy's video and it sounded okay, try it.

Thanks for commenting, and sorry for the late reply. I've played your chords along with the CD version and I don't think they work too well. He might play this differently live though, but this tab is purely the CD version.

Cheers! :)
