Capo on 4th fret. All chords are relative to the capo.

Intro
G C G D

                    G
on the day you came to
                      C
did you know you had come
                      G
did you know why you came
                            D
could you feel where you're from

                    Em
did you ask it out loud
                    C
when no one could hear you
                 G
did you cry all alone
              D
when everyone feared you

          Em
i ask you this
           C
mostly for me
                  D
cause people like us
               G
can go quietly

G C G D

                      G
when they told you to stop
                     C
did you want to keep going
                        G
when they pushed you to tears
                         D
could you feel your pain showing

                       Em
did you know you were drifting
                    C
from the moment you drifted
                              G
and could you feel your heart shifting
              D
before it had shifted,

          Em
i ask you this
           C
mostly for me
                  D
cause people like us
               G
can go quietly

Try the Em instead of the E! Sounds far better.
