yes it's a Gm chord (as displayed by the tab down beneath with the guitar in drop D tuning). However, when writing tabs/chords on Ultimate Guitar, it is customary to label the chord shape, rather than the chord itself. it makes it easier for those who want to play a song, but only know chord shapes rather than theory. You know what it is, which is great, but not everyone will, and it makes it more accessible for everyone if you tab songs as done here.

This is very confusing dude. I don't really understand this at all. How is that an Em when the capo is on 3? If you strum the bass note like you are saying that would make it a Gm. It's really confusing.
