Pretty sure it's C, not Csus2.
It's a fantastic song, one of their best. But the second chord on the chorus always intrigued me. If you listen to it 1/2, 1 or even 1 1/2 steps down, its character completely changes. It doesn't sound like a C or a Csus2. For example in the key of F (1 step down): F (G) Eb 6/9 (F 6/9) Raaaaa--aaaaaaa-aaaaaaa-aaaaaa--aaaaaiiiiiiinnnn F (G) I don't mind Try playing it like that, I'm not saying it's wrong necessarily but it's what I hear.....that jazzy/dreamy/psychedelic sound from the 6/9 chord. Probably easier to play from F. It's a subtle effect and it's most obvious in lower keys. I think Eb 6/9 goes like this: x33343
