Originally released at October 6, 1969, as the 51st overall single, also included in
the album "Abbey Road". It is regarded as one of the best songs in Abbey Road and is
also considered one of the best love songs in english. After "Yesterday", "Something"
is the second most covered Beatles song of all time.

During its airtime, Something achieved

#1 in Australia Go-Set top 40, Canada RPM top 100, New Zealand Listener, US Hot 100,
   West German Media Control
#2 in Norwegian VG-list singles
#3 in Irish singles
#4 in UK singles
#5 in Swedish Kvällstoppen

Since the "Concert for George", Paul McCartney has being playing a rendition where the
first half of the song (before the guitar solo) is played using a ukulele which is tuned
down two steps (f-Bb-D-G); the song is then played in its original key from the solo onwards.
Until now, Paul keeps playing this rendition in his live performances.

Very good, only thing I do differently is the "iconic meldoy" part during verse. You said it's F-C7-CMaj7...I think it sounds better as F-Eb-G. Just a small change but it's a big difference. Hope it helped!
