Fine tab in that it tries to include the "f" that can be heard throughout the verses into the chord (here: Dm7). I'm not sure, though whether that f actually results in this change between Dm7 and D7 as suggested here. Listening to the Beatles' recording, I think it is rather a D7#9 throughout (x-5-4-5-6-x). What do you think?
