Not D7 and not Dm1, but D7#9 -- it's that famous Jimi Hendrix chord. That means it's a regular 7th, with a minor 3rd added. Exact spelling is D F# C F. The bass can add the A note on the up beat. Also - this tab is missing the chromatic chords of the final two bars. I'm still looking for those.

I think D7 should be Dm7
