I actually prefer to play at Gm7, even though G7 is what's on the original recording. Just a tip!

great song.
That first a minor might simply be an F with an A in the bass.
also,
Try playing the Dmi7 and G7 figure for the last line of the bridge, extending the pattern...then C7.
dmi7 G7 C7 c7#5
I'll have reached the goal I'm dreaming of, believe me.
The Abdim chord is the classic half step above the ii7. played 4x343x. middle finger on the 4(aflat) in the bass, ring finger on the 4(b) note of the G string. flatten the index finger over the middle 3 strings. There are three dim chord formations and another is simply moving the bass note to the high E string xx3434. The other one is x2313x. All three grips are important.
I play the intro an octave higher, but the recording does sound like the lower octave.

So i'm a skilled novice as it were, and the standard chords are tricky for me, but I've found that transposing up 2 in UG terms (or a whole step musically) and down tuning your guitar a whole step (to D standard) makes for a much easier play and it still sounds nice. Just a tip for all the novices out there who want to play but aren't the strongest around.

With the chord diagram (not the standard of UG) should be better.
