The dominant 7th chord is incorrect for the tonic chord C at the end of each line. The publisher's sheet music doesn't portray it that way; the shrillness you hear in the recorded version is an inverted harmony above the singers' useful range [LOL] i.e., E-G-C (That's Sebastian's good-natured parody of Nashville, and the mothers of Nashville thank you!)
