A couple things you need to clean up here. The main one, and the only thing that's really egregious is that it's not a Dm7, it's a D7 - but that major third changes everything! A couple other things- you leave out the passing chord ( Ab) between the Gm & the Bb on the bridge- not wrong, but given the emphasis placed on the passing chord, it's important. Also on the bridge, on "the girl's with another man" it's not really a Cm, but an Am7 - this gives it the much richer sound that they use.But otherwise, good job, thanks.

These chords are incorrect. The D's should be D7. The C's C7. And the turnaround in chorus goes from Am7 to D7 before heading back to the verse. Thanks for the good starting point.
