Great chords, I play it tuned down a step and in E chords i.e. Intro - E, G, A, G, E

This is more precisely the Ocean demo available on Fully Loaded (1997 reissue of Loaded), sung by Lou Reed. Another version is present on that same album: the Ocean outtake.
