Tuning: Standard

    Bm A D5 F# G A G F# A

        Bm A
With the door closed, shades drawn, the world shrinks.
         D5 F# G A
Let's open up those blinds. But someone has to sweep the floor,
    G F# A
pick up her dirty clothes. That job's not mine.
        Bm A
Now that everyone's an enemy, my heart sinks.
         D5 F# G
Let's put away those claws.
          A G F#
I don't blame them for their curtains-calls because I pulled the rope.
I wanna call them back out for applause.
          Bm A
Spring and Thompson on the first of May is horrible.
         D5F#G A
We hid in catacombs. So now I'm sleeping next to mousetraps,
     G F# A
in a bed of all our clothes, while I hope that she won't come home.
       Bm A D5F#G
It was easier to lock the doors and kill the phones than to show my skin,
           A G F#
because the hardest thing is never to repent for someone else,
     A Bm D Bm D Bm D A
it's letting people in.

Bm D Bm D Bm D A

             Bm A
Well you can come inside, unlock the door, take off your shoes.
               D5 F# G
But this might take all night,
   A G F#
to explain to you I would have walked out those sliding doors,
but the timing never seemed right.
         Bm A
When your helicopter came and tried to lift me out,
          D5 F# G
I put its rope around my neck.
         A G F#
And after that you didn't bother with the airlift or the rescue
- you knew just what to expect.
That with the door closed,
shades drawn, we're dead enough.
           D5 F# G
They don't open from outside.
    A G F#
And someone has to speak with their teeth behind their tongue,
to never let that right be denied.
           Bm A
We can't rely on photographs and visitation time,
           D5 F# G
but I just don't know where to begin.
I wanna bust down the door,
          G F#
if you're willing to forgive.
            A Bm D Bm D Bm D A
I've go the keys, I'm letting people in.

Bm D Bm D Bm D A

 G D
Don't be scared to speak,
don't speak with someone's tooth,
 G D
don't bargain when you're weak,
don't take that sharp abuse.
    G D A
Some patients can't be saved, but that burden's not on you.

[Outro] (x9)
     G D A
Don't ever let anyone tell you you deserve that.

The F# should be F#m i think... and yes I don't think the end part is right. It sounds like there are a lot more chords than just the three repeating. Overall, good job though :)

I messed around with the chords a bit and I think I figured out the end. The chords for the instrumental after the last "letting people in" are, I believe:

Bm A G Bm Em D A Bm

Then, starting at "Don't be scared to speak...":

Bm D G Bm Em D A

I think the last part might be:

(Bm) Don't be scared to (A)speak,
don't speak with someone's (G)tooth,
don't bargain when you're (F#m)weak,
don't take that sharp (Em)abuse.
Some patients can't be (D)saved, but that burden's not on (A)you (A7) (A)
