Its Dm, not Am. Other than that, its perfect. "Bb Major" is IN the song, I don't understand how the other tabs manage to **** up the key.

Like every other tab on here just uses a capo on the third fret. They're all in the correct key too.

Like do you not understand how capos work. If you play a G chord shape with capo 3, it's actually a Bb chord.
