The second chord in the chorus, at "last bit of sanity" is a D minor. Besides that, perfect!

I believe politik827 is 100% right. Thanks for the great tab though. Figuring out those simple bass notes is a piece of cake and you pretty much nailed it. Ill 5 star ya.
