i think its C/B (010020) instead of Em. the rest sounds ok.

Good tab. A tip is to pluck the A string once before playing the C, Em and Am chords (whilst holding the relevant chord shape on the fingerboard). This makes the song sound more like the acoustic version Paul plays- (see- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DmCWS8GCa-M
