Capo 1 (Standard Tunning)

[INTRO]
C C/B Am F/C x4

[Verse]
C C/B Am F/C
I was burned out and lost
C C/B Am F/C
a dusty bowl, an abandoned lot
C C/B Am F/C
and the night time was the worst
C C/B Am F/C
it shows you all the things you lost

[Chorus]

C C/B Am F/C
there's no light in here now
C C/B Am F/C
there's no light in here now

[Verse]
C C/B Am F/C
if you take the kids and go
C C/B Am F/C
I can't blame you for the things you know
C C/B Am F/C
when I'm out there on the road
C C/B Am F/C
I think of you and those kids at home

[Chorus]

C C/B Am F/C
 ten thousand weight in gold
C C/B Am F/C
never feels like treasure 'til you lose it all

C C/B Am F/C x4

C C/Bb C/A G# x2

[Bridge]
C C/B
well I pack my bags for the road
                           C/A
I grab my hat 'cause it's time
                      G#
yes, time's marching on

C C/B
but if you see me out on the road
                                C/A
my bags are packed 'cause it's time
                      G#
yes, time's marching on

          F/C C
(there's no light in here now)
       C/B Am
I was burned out and lost
          F/C C
(there's no light in here now)
         C/B Am
And the night time was the worst
          F/C C

He doesn't say "there's no doubt in you now." It's "There's no light in here now." Like it otherwise, thanks!

I play it with an FM7 rather than a regular F. Otherwise sounds perfect to me.
